You can use the Travel Group feature in Step 5:Publish of a Trip, to send multiple copies of the same trip to different travellers.
Although the Bookings and Documents will be the same across all of the groups, you can publish the Trip at different times to different groups.
**This feature is useful when you have scheduled trips/tours with multiple travel parties - you can manage all the bookings and documents in one place and add new groups of travellers as they sign up.
Creating New Groups
Step 1: To create a new group, click on the + New Group button
Step 2: Give your new group a name and select Create Group
Step 3: Publish the regular steps to Publish a trip
