PDF or Word files can be attached to any segment with a few clicks. Here's how.


1. On a segment card, click View Details, then click Attach File.


2. Search files that are already included in your Trip in the Supporting Documents section under File Attachments, or upload a file from your device.




3. Once you have attached your file(s), click to expand the file menu. Click the Eye icon to download and view your attachment, or the Trash icon to remove the file attachment.


4. In the Web View, a paper clip will denote there is a file to download for that segment. In the mobile app, the same icon and the file name will appear. 




Files can be attached to any Accommodation, Activity, Cruise, Flight, or Transportation segment.
