Umapped partners with OAG to deliver day-of travel flight notifications. Flight tracking begins 24 hours prior to each flight's scheduled departure time.
- A reminder email will be sent to Travellers 24 hours prior to a flight's departure time.
- An email will be sent to Travellers if there is a delay, gate change and/or cancellation.
- Travellers will also see a notification in their mobile app and Web View.
For Travel Advisors:
- An email will be sent to Travel Advisors if there is a flight delay or cancellation.
1. To enable/disable flight notifications, visit your Account Preferences. Click the toggle for Flight Notifications to change the status, then select Save.
3. Any changes to flights will be updated accordingly in each format (PDF, Web Itinerary, Mobile App) 24 hours prior to each flight's scheduled departure time.
NOTE: Flight Notifications are only availalbe as part of the Professional plan (and during your free trial). Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to upgrade your account and utilize the Professional Plan features.
Flight Notifications are integrated within both the Mobile App and the Web View for an optimal customer experience.
