New, enhanced customer experience!
 
Did you know that more than 70% of travellers use their mobile devices to view and access their itinerary information pre-departure and in-destination?

With this in mind, we're getting ready to launch a brand new web experience for your customers; built using the latest tech and with a mobile-optimized design.
What does this mean for your clients?

Beginning June 10, your clients will be able to preview the new web experience by clicking on 'TRY THE NEW VIEW' at the top of their web itinerary.
Your clients can choose to share feedback and they can switch back to the current web itinerary design at any time.
What does this mean for you?
There is no action required on your end to enable this new, enhanced web experience for your clients! We do, however, invite you to browse the new design and share your feedback with our team at support@umapped.com.
